Ethan is a well-rounded young man whose academic achievements are highlighted by musical successes. Ethan plays the alto saxophone, steel pan and is an accomplished pianist, and at his Cayman Prep and High School graduation ceremony he played a piano and cello duet composed by a fellow Prep graduate.

This summer Ethan was one of five students from Cayman Prep who travelled to the Bahamas to compete in the DHL Solar Grand Challenge finals. Ethan’s group built a low-cost solar prototype and video that resulting in the team being selected as finalists for the overseas completion.

Ethan’s academic results were outstanding, graduating with 12 A/A* IGCSEs progressing to top A-levels in Math, Chemistry, Physics and French. Ethan’s graduation awards included subject prizes in physics and mathematics as well as the Dart Award of Excellence in STEM for the highest combined grade average in STEM subjects.
