Minds Inspired is a Dart initiative that uses innovative and exciting programmes, activities and awards to encourage Cayman's youth to embrace STEM subjects. It features an annual calendar of activities and events that promote and encourage STEM education in Cayman.
Even as a summer student I was given challenging assignments and was counted on to make valuable contributions as part of the team. CHLOE TATHUM

Minds Inspired provides Cayman's young people with unique STEM learning experiences - like the SeaPerch Challenge and MI Academy's Naval Engineering Camp - which develop creative thinkers and problem solvers.
Building cool contraptions makes learning fun, and when learning is fun the opportunities are endless. Jobs in healthcare, food production, manufacturing or research - everything becomes possible with STEM.
Ken Dart continues his family's legacy of supporting education — with a particular focus on STEM subjects — and preparing today's youth for tomorrow's careers.
Dart has translated this belief in the power of education into exciting programmes, initiatives and work experience — Minds Inspired; Cayman's pre-eminent local scholarship programme — Dart Scholar; and the modern and well-equipped buildings for the Cayman International School (CIS) generously provided by the William and Claire Dart Foundation.
